Who Is Ozzy?

I am a Coach, Dad, Husband & Small Business owner wanting to help others live happier, healthier lives through Fitness.

My entire life i struggled with being overweight & had self image problems due to it. One day i decided it was time for a change.

I spent the first 3 years of my Fitness journey committing every mistake you possibly could & doing so many things wrong only sheer determination kept me going. This is why i know how frustrating it can be to feel like you are putting in so much work & yet not seeing the results you want.

Eventually through enough trial & error along with hundreds of hours of self education I was able to find what worked & what did not.

I felt like I had discovered something incredible & wanted to share it with others to leave my own positive impact in this world and so began my journey as a personal trainer.

I have been Training Clients In-person & Coaching now for 3 years. During this time I have learned lessons that no textbook was able to teach me; lessons that only come from dealing with different kinds of people & truly learning how to help each individual one.

Currently I would consider myself a Power-Builder. This is where we train with the objective of not only being strong but also looking great! Ultimately we want the best of both worlds!

I have competed in powerlifting competitions & have now been working out myself for over 6 years. Crazy to think it's been that long! I will say though, it is much easier to continue doing so once you have built the habit!

Over my years I have had the pleasure of working with a multitude of different kinds of clients from young kids wanting to build muscle, individuals wanting to get more familiar with the gym, get stronger, lose bodyfat, all the way to even the elderly wanting to feel better, have less aches & just live a more comfortable life from the benefits of fitness.
